« Hotel was conveniently located and the design was unique. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was very small and we could not get the room to stay cool. We also had a stained/dirty towel. »

« The place wasn’t bad overall but there was a domestic outside our room at 1:30am that lasted more than 20 min. I was too afraid to open the door or call the front desk. We found a other hotel for our next night. »

« Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out. The only thing you get is location; unless you’re attending something at Rupp or the convention center there is no bang for your buck. Staff at...

« We have stayed here many times. It is very convenient to the restaurants we like and shopping areas. We like the breakfast that is very good and made to order. There is a young lady that cleans the tables that is so nice who has been there for a long time that always greets us with a smile and a “welcome back”. I think her name is Cheryl. »
